Information as of 2005:  Amy graduated from Norfolk High School (Norfolk, NE) in 1991. Three sport athlete excelling in volleyball, basketball and track. A member of the Norfolk High School band and student council. All State selection in volleyball, basketball and track. First athlete at Norfolk High School to be honored as a three time all-state performer in three sports. All-conference in volleyball and basketball. Placed second in the state track meet in the 200M Dash. National Honor Society…Homecoming Queen. At Mesa State College from 1991-1994. Three time Academic All-Conference selection. Academic All-American in 1994. Three time Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Year. Three time All-Region first team honoree. Three time RMAC All-Conference selection. Two time Scholar Athlete of the Year. All-time career leader in digs (736), kills (710), matches with 20+ kills (13), 20+ digs (13), 20+ kills and digs (7), and matches with double figure digs (38) in a season. Holds all-time career records in kills (2,228), digs (2,542), digs per game (4.41), hitting percentage (.350), matches played (163) and games played (577). Graduated with bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences (emphasis - Psychology) and a master's degree in Public Health. Works for the Department of Human Services as the Senior Case Manager. Amy and her husband, Curtis, enjoy camping, hiking and running.
