Mavericks lead RMAC with 276 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards
A total of 276 Colorado Mesa University student-athletes, the fourth highest total in the country and by far the biggest total in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, received the Division 2 Athletic Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Awards, announced Wednesday.

Colorado Mesa launches CMU + Nike and BSN Sports Partnerships
Colorado Mesa University Athletics opened the 2026 football season by celebrating a new chapter for the Mavericks on August 27, officially launching CMU + Nike, built with BSN Sports.

Tickets, Tickets, Tickets
Tickets are available for all Colorado Mesa athletic events this fall. You can buy them online at CMUMavericks.com/tickets or in person at the ticket booth at each Maverick Athletic Venue. Fans are strongly encouraged to buy online to avoid the lines.
 
Gates open 90 minutes before kickoff for football games and 60 minutes for all other events unless noted.

ICYMI: Maverick Women's Wrestler Gretchen Donally competes at U20 World Championships in Slovakia after winning gold at the Pan American Games in Brazil
Gretchen Donally spent her summer wrestling for two different flags; Team USA's, on mats halfway around the world, and Colorado Mesa's, waiting for her back in Grand Junction. By the time she steps onto campus for her junior season, the two will be impossible to separate.
