GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Colorado Mesa women's basketball coach Taylor Wagner has added a versatile guard to the 2025-26 roster.
Devin Miller, a 5-foot-9 incoming redshirt sophomore, is transferring to CMU from Fresno City College. She first attended Fresno Pacific University, redshirting in the 2023-24 season, before moving to Fresno CC, a junior college.
The Clovis, Calif., product was the second-leading scorer and rebounder for the Rams last season, averaging 13.7 points and 7.8 rebounds a game, earning first-team all-conference honors.
"We are excited to welcome Devin to our team. She will be a versatile player for us because she can do so many different things," Wagner said. "Devin will have three years of eligibility, and will add more depth to our team."
At Clovis High School, she scored more than 1,000 career points and was the Tri River Athletic Conference co-player of the year as a senior. She was also on the honor roll and was a California Scholarship Federation scholar-athlete.
Last season at Fresno City College, Miller scored in double figures in 20 of 30 games, putting up 20 or more points five times. She scored a season-high 39 points in one game, shot 32 percent from the field and 28.3 percent from the 3-point line.
Miller joins guards Hallie Clark, Brooke Harding and Sheridan Liggett and forwards Trinity Schlueter and Evan Hamey in the Mavericks' recruiting class. The two-time defending RMAC champions return 14 players from last season, including six who redshirted.
