COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference released their All-Academic teams for football on Friday (Dec. 12) morning. Colorado Mesa had three student-athletes earn First Team recognition and a total of 40 student-athletes garnered recognition.
Quarterback
Cole Hansen was named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team in his first eligible season. The Business Administration major maintains a 3.96 GPA and played in nine games this season including starts in six of the final seven games. Hansen finished the season 99-for-164 passing for 1,318 yards and 13 touchdowns.
The Centennial, Colo. native earned National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter Player of the Week (Nov. 4) after completing 20 of 24 passes (83.3 percent) for 291 yards and two passing touchdowns at Black Hills State. Also ran for a career-high 49 yards and a score against the Yellow Jackets
Redshirt sophomore
Trek Keyworth earned All-Academic First Team honors for the first time after being named to the honor roll a season ago. The Windsor, Colo. native is majoring in Business Administration and has a 3.79 GPA. Keyworth finished the season with 38 catches for 645 yards and five touchdowns. He finished with 11 catches for 135 yards and two touchdowns against Western Colorado in the season finale.
Keyworth earned honorable mention All-RMAC honors this season after being named to the National Football Foundation All-Colorado Academic First Team in 2024.
Bushland, Texas native
Kash Bradley picked up RMAC All-Academic First Team honors for the third time this season. Bradley has a 3.90 GPA and earning his degree in Exercise Science and played and started in nine games this season after missing the first two games with an injury. He finished fourth on the team in tackles and led the team in interceptions with three.
Bradley is a two-time CSC Academic All-American, three-time All-RMAC honorable mention honoree as a defensive back, and a two-time National Football Foundation Academic All-Colorado selection during his career at Colorado Mesa.
