Brown Earns NFF Player of the Week Nod

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter announced their Player of the Week for Week 10 on Tuesday (Nov. 8) morning. Colorado Mesa's Keenan Brown was named the Player of the Week after his breakout game against Chadron State last Saturday in Chadron, Neb.

Brown caught 10 passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns with both of those scoring catches going for 35 yards or more. All three statistics were career-highs for the redshirt junior from Denver.

He joins his teammate Karst Hunter as National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter Player of the Week recipients.

Brown beat out Haaziq Daniels from Air Force, Jordyn Tyson from Colorado, John Matocha from Mines, Tory Horton from Colorado State, and Andrew Cook from CSU Pueblo for this week's honor.

Brown and the Mavericks will play their final game of the season this weekend at home against New Mexico Highlands at 1pm.
