No. 19 Colorado Mesa will host Black Hills in a four-game series Friday and Saturday (April 7-8). The Mavericks enter the weekend on a 20-game winning streak. Black Hills State split their series vs. New Mexico Highlands last week.

No one in Div. II gets on base more than Kellie Mrofcza. She leads the nation in on-base percentage at .598.

Big Bat
Brooke Hodgson ranks in the top-five nationally in four different offensive categories; second in RBIs (1.47), second in slugging percentage (1.02), third in runs per game (1.41) and fifth in homeruns (0.41).  

Shortened Games
Colorado Mesa has played 18 games this season that have been shortened by run rule. CMU is 17-1 in run-rule games with the lone loss to Dixie State (12-4) on Feb. 12, 2017. 

Score Six
The Mavericks are 24-0 this season when it scores six or more runs. 

First Dinger
Jessica Boruff hit her first career homerun last week at Fort Lewis. The Berthoud, Colo., native hit a pinch-hit grand slam in the fourth inning to give the Mavericks a 17-0 lead in game three of the series.
