ALAMOSA, Colo. – The Colorado Mesa women's golf team closed out the fall season by finishing in third place at the RMAC South Tournament this afternoon (Oct. 11) at Cattails Golf Course.
 
The Mavericks (626) finished one stroke behind second place MSU Denver (625) and 11 strokes behind tournament champion Regis (615).
 
Sophomore Megan Liborio paced the Mavericks to a fifth place finish with a 10-over, 154. Liborio finished round one of the tournament four strokes behind day one leader teammate Taylor Walters but fired a 76 in her final round.
 
Liborio tied with freshman Hannah More who played for the Mavericks B Team in the tournament.
 
Walters finished in a tie for seventh, one stroke behind Liborio and More.
 
Regis' Grace Scian won the individual medalist honor with a 6-over, 150.
