PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Colorado Mesa men's tennis team defeated Hastings 9-0 and Mesa Community College 5-4 Saturday (March 15). 

Jordan Lyden finished a perfect 4-0 on the day playing at No. 1 singles and doubles. 

Dan MacDonald praised the play of his top player. "Jordan played lights out all-court tennis going from defense to offense in a split second."

Andres Garcia-Rojas won both of his singles matches at No. 3 singles, and Trevor Brown won both his matches at No. 6 singles. 

The men's tennis team will play several matches in Texas starting March 24.
