Mesa State (8-18, 5-14) closed out the season Saturday night falling to New Mexico Highlands (11-15, 6-13) 62-55.
The Cowgirls hit 11 treys (11-24) in the game including six in the first half. NMHU held a 33-23 halftime lead.
MSC was led by Katie Cupp's game high 16 points, six assists and team high nine rebounds.
NMHU had four players in double digits led by Whitney Polosky's 14 points. The Cowgirls out rebounded MSC 41-28, pulling down 19 offensive boards.
MSC's lone senior Heather Habekost was honored before the game.
