COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) released their academic golf teams on Thursday (May 30) morning. Three women's golfers were named to the team including one First Team recipient.

Cassidy Phelan was named to the First Team after maintaining a 4.0 in business administration course work. The 2023 CSC Academic All-American is now a two-time RMAC All-Academic First Team recipient and earned the RMAC Summit Award at this year's championship for having the highest GPA in the event.

Phelan finished her junior season with a 77.9 stroke average and a fifth-place finish at the RMAC Championships last month at Boulder Creek Golf Course. She started the spring season with back-to-back wins at the Southwest Minnesota State Spring Invitational and the Southwest Minnesota State Challenge in Arizona.
