TEMPE, Ariz.— Colorado Mesa University men's doubles duo William Leschig and Henry Scheck are ranked fourth in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's NCAA Division II West Region doubles rankings that were announced this week by the organization and completion of the fall season.

The Maverick juniors who hail from Buckholz, Lower Saxony, Germany and Camarillo, California, respectively, advanced to the semifinal round of the ITA West Regional Championships in Azuza, California and led the Mavericks with a 4-5 record throughout the fall season.

The Maverick men had a strong fall campaign going 3-0 in their team duals with wins over Nebraska-Kearney, Lubbock Christian and Newman in September.

They will begin the main spring season on Feb. 1, 2025 with a pair of match-ups at Division I Idaho State in Pocatello.
