LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The No. 4 Colorado Mesa women's wrestling team ran their dual win streak to 18 matches after going 6-0 at the Las Vegas Desert Duals on Sunday (Dec. 18) at the Flamingo Hilton Hotel and hosted by Wartburg College.
#4 Colorado Mesa 48, Pacific University 0
The Mavericks won all four contested bouts in a 48-0 thrashing of fellow Region 5 Pacific University of Oregon to open the desert duals. Colorado Mesa benefitted from six forfeits and earned pins in two of the four bouts. They also won the other two contested contests by technical fall.

Jayleen Sekona clinched the dual at 191 pounds with a 4-2 decision of No. 4 Katja Osteen.
