Biography
2023-24: Earned her third career all-America honor with a fourth place finish in the 155-pound bracket at the NCWWC National Championships… Had earlier won both the Region VI and RMAC Championship titles… Was named to the First Team All-RMAC squad by virtue of her conference title… Finished the season with a 16-5 record and her career with a 62-16 mark… Went 5-2 in dual meets… Won ten matches by technical fall and another four by fall.
2022-23: Was the 155-pound runner-up at the NCWWC National Championships to earn all-America honors… Had also won the Region V title and entered the national tournament seeded third… Had two separate 10-match winning streaks while posting a 20-2 record throughout the season… Went 6-2 in duals and had 14 wins by technical fall… Here only two losses came by 6-2 and 6-4 decisions… Allowed just two total points in a 9-match winning streak through the regional and the first day of the national championships… Named as a NWCA Scholar All-American.
2021-22: Redshirt
2020-21: Finished the season with a 5-2 record and a second-place finish at the NCWWC Southwest Regional...Suffered a season-ending injury at the NCWWC National Championships in the quarterfinals...Opened the season with three straight wins at the Schreiner dual in Brownson Arena.Â
2019-20: WCWC All-American after finishing as the national runner-up at 136 pounds at the National Championships...Finished the season with a 21-7 record...Won the Maverick Open and the Lady Warrior Open and placed second at the Bearcat Open...Defeated second-seeded Lauren Mason of Simon Fraser during the National Championships and was named the upset of the year by Wreaper Wrestling...Defeated top-ranked and eventual national champion Emma Bruntil of McKendree in the dual matchup.
HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled for the Falcons of Freedom High School and coach Aaron Perez...Four-time California State Placer...2019 California State Champion...Nine-time All-American in folkstyle and freestyle.
