2023-24: Posted a 3-4 record at 170 pounds… Took third in the Maverick Open with a 2-2 round robin record… Won her lone dual meet start by forfeit against Chadron State the night prior (Nov. 3).

2022-23: Finished the season with a 15-12 record and qualified for the NCWWC National Championships where she went 1-2 at 170 pounds...Won the Maverick Open finishing with a 4-0 record...Won her first five matches of the season...Placed fourth at the NCWWC Region V Tournament in Brownson Arena...Went 9-2 in matches at home in Brownson Arena.

2021-22: Finished the season with an 8-10 record...Won the Maverick Open and placed eighth at the West Coast Tournament of Champions.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Wrestled for the Lions of Lindenwood University.

HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled for the Hornets of North Kansas City High School and coaches Adrian Doolin and Brett Williams...District Champion and State Qualifier...Placed fourth and the Southern Plains Regional...Fargo Qualifier.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Kinesiology...Daughter of Melody and Larry Knoch...Chose CMU for the athletic and academic programs...Enjoys nature, appreciating art and spending time with friends and family.
