GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.— The schedule for this weekend's Pueblo Duals tennis tournament has changed, it was announced by Colorado Mesa University head coach
Dan MacDonald on Thursday afternoon.
The revised schedule, which no longer includes the University of Texas-Permian Basin, which has pulled out of the multiple-team event at Pueblo City Park, has the Maverick men playing two matches on Friday while the women will play three matches, including two on Friday and one on Saturday morning.
The Maverick men will play Dallas Baptist University at 1 p.m. on Friday before facing Colorado College later that evening at 5 p.m. The Mavericks were not originally scheduled to play the Tigers.
CMU's women will face the University of Nebraska-Kearney at 12:30 p.m. on Friday and DBU that evening at 5 p.m. The Mavs will then wrap up the weekend against Fort Hays State University on Saturday at 8 a.m.
