Box Score In a game where the Mavericks controlled a majority of the possession time and outshot Texas-Permian Basin 20-3, it took until the final 3 minutes of game time for the first score of the game. Thanks to a cross from Halie Bergeron, Lauren Thompson was able to bury the shot in the back of the net to give the Mavericks the 1-0 victory for their first win of the season.
