Colorado Mesa will host Rockhurst in their home opener on Tuesday (Mar. 7) at Walker Field. They will also travel to Alamosa for a neutral site matchup with Maryville.

Steve Brandenburg eclipsed the 100 goal mark in his Colorado Mesa career. He reached that mark in the Mavericks win over RMAC newcomer Maryville and now has 102 goals in his career.Â

Colorado Mesa ranks third in all of Division II in scoring at 17.6 goals per game. They scored a season-high 26 goals in the win over Notre Dame de Namur. They are just shy of national leader Pace who averages 18 goals per game.

Michael Marino ranks fourth in the country in faceoff win percentage, winning over 72 percent of his faceoff chances. The national leader sits at 79.2 percent won.
MAN ADVANTAGE
Jayden Campbell has been taking advantage of Colorado Mesa's man-up opportunities. The junior from Surrey, B.C. is fourth in Division II in man-up goals with four with the national leaders sitting just one ahead of him at five.
LOOKING AHEAD
Next up for Colorado Mesa is the week long trip to Florida where it is make or break time. They will play Rollins, Florida Southern and Tampa. If they come home with a 2-1 or 3-0 record, the Mavericks would be in position to make the NCAA Tournament for the first time.
