Big Win
Colorado Mesa defeated Westminster 18-8 in its home opener last weekend. The last time Colorado Mesa defeated a team by more than 10 goals was a 20-10 win over Westminster on April 23, 2016.
Scoring Offense
The top-two scoring teams in the RMAC will square off this Saturday at Walker Field. Regis and Colorado Mesa are tied for the RMAC lead in scoring offense averaging 18.0 goals per game.
Between the Pipes
Jillian Pfeifer earned her first win of the season making 13 saves and allowing eight goals. Pfeifer ranks fourth in Div. II in save percentage (.619) and 10th in goals against average (8.0).
Ranked Team
Regis is ranked No. 17 in the latest IWLCA Poll (see page two). The last time Colorado Mesa faced a top-20 team was a 24-16 loss to No. 3 Lindenwood on March 17, 2016.
