GLENDALE, Ariz. – The Colorado Mesa men's tennis team got a pair of wins Friday Feb. 26. They defeated Glendale Community College 9-0 and Arizona Christian 6-3.

CMU started off the day by sweeping Glendale Community College.

Spencer Weinburg and Andres Garcia-Rojas won 8-0 at No. 1 and Cody Freischlag and Trevor Brown won 8-2 at No. 2. Max Lindqvist and Ben Schlichting finished the sweep with an 8-1 win.

Spencer Weinburg defeated Matt Deferme 6-1, 6-4 at No.1 and Andres Garcia-Rojas won 6-1, 6-0 over Ryan Costello.

Cody Freischlag, Lucas Martin, Max Lindqvist and Trevor Brown all won at No. 3-6.

CMU got one win in doubles against Arizona Christian.

Spencer Weinburg and Andres Garcia-Rojas defeated Michael Munguia and Santiago Galeffi 8-4 at No. 1

Andres Garcia-Rojas, Cody Freischlag and Lucas Martin all got wins at No. 2-4 singles.

Trevor Brown won 4-6, 6-1, 6-4 at No. 6 and Spencer Weinburg won at No. 1 by default.

CMU plays again tomorrow (Feb. 27) against Mesa Community College.
