Box Score LEBANON, Ill. – Ashley Eickhoff scored four goals to lead the Colorado Mesa women's lacrosse team to a 13-3 win at McKendree Friday (April 11).

Rachel Lyall scored the first goal of the game for CMU just over one minute into the contest, but the Bearcats scored back-to-back goals to earn its only lead of the game.

The Mavericks responded with three straight goals and scored five more to lead 9-3 at halftime.

The second half was dominated by the Maroon and Gold who scored all four of the goals in the second half.

Lexi Chavez finished with four points (two goals, two assists), and Haley Kroll added two more.

Rachel Sutton was the fourth Maverick with multiple points tallying two assists.

Lauren Wells earned the win in goal giving up all three Bearcat goals. Kady Herzog tended goal in the second half making two saves.

CMU finished with a 34-9 edge in shots, and forced 28 turnovers while committing just 17.

Colorado Mesa (7-4) will play at Lindenwood Sunday (April 13).
