Box Score NEWBERG, Ore. - The Colorado Mesa women's lacrosse team picked up its fourth win of the season defeating George Fox 16-6 Tuesday (March 25). 

CMU jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but GFU scored three goals late in the half as Mesa led 6-4 at the break. 

The Mavericks would dominate the second half out-scoring the Bruins 10-2 over the final 30 minutes. 

Haley Kroll scored a game-high five goals for CMU, and Ashley Eickhoff tallied seven points, four goals and three assists. 

Lauren Wells got the win in goal for CMU making five saves and giving up all six goals by George Fox. Kady Herzog played the final three minutes in goal. 

Mesa (4-3) will play at Puget Sound Thursday (March 27).
