THE TOP 25
Colorado Mesa has been ranked in the top 25 of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) poll for 30 consecutive weeks now. The streak began on December 4, 2012 when the Mavericks appeared at No. 25. During the streak, they peaked at No. 2 last season and currently sit at No. 16.

EARLY SCHEDULE
The Mavericks have been tested in the early going, having played a pair of Div. I schools and a pair of non-conference matchups. Colorado Mesa defeated Div. 1 Utah Valley in an exhibition game and lost to one of the best teams in the country in the Drury Panthers. They defeated the South region's Palm Beach Atlantic in the season opener.

STEPPING UP
Sophomore guard Erin Reichle is stepping up as one of the scoring threats this season for Colorado Mesa. She set career-highs in both points and three-point field goals made in the first game of the season. She is averaging 17 points and 5.5 rebounds per game thus far.

STAY STRONG
Redshirt freshman Kerstin Strong has been a pleasant surprise in the early season. Strong, who redshirted a year ago, is averaging 12.0 points and 5.0 rebounds in the season's early going.
