The Mavericks are ranked #2 in the recent WBCA National Poll. The ranking is the highest in the program's history eclipsing the #4 ranking they acheived last season and last week.
RMAC DOMINANCE
Colorado Mesa leads the RMAC in 11 of 18 categories that the NCAA ranks including scoring offense and scoring defense. Individually,
Sharaya Selsor continues to lead the RMAC in points per game with 23.9.

SCOUTING THE OREDIGGERS
Former Maverick Brittany Simpson heads the Orediggers who are in the hunt for the RMAC Tournament. Colorado Mines has won three of their last four games but lost to the Mavericks back on January 4, 67-61.
SCOUTING THE COUGARS
Colorado Mesa defeated the Cougars back on January 3 on a last-second lay-in by
Sharaya Selsor. Colorado Christian holds the unique distinction of the last team to defeat CMU in a regular season contest.
LOOKING AHEAD
Colorado Mesa will make the long trip to South Dakota and Nebraska to take on Black Hills State and Chadron State. The Mavericks will take on the Yellowjackets on Friday at 5:30pm and then head to Chadron to take on the Eagles at 5:30pm on Saturday.
