The NCAA Super Region 4 / RMAC Championships are being held in Chadron, NE this year with the top four wrestlers in each weight class advancing to the NCAA Championships in two weeks.

125 -  Jonathon Stelling (CMU) v. Dustin Steigemeyer (WSCU) | Championship 1st Round
Stelling defeated Steigemeyer 3-2
Stelling picked up a first round takedown and an escape in the second round to hold on for the win. Steigemeyer was a NCAA qualifier in 2012.

133 - Tyler Nelson (CMU) v. Austin Morrow (NMHU) | Championship 1st Round
Nelson defeated Morrow 11-3
Nelson looked strong in his first match picking up a major decision. Nelson scored multiple takedowns in the match.

141 - Drew Schumann (CMU) v. Isaac Elge (CSM) | Championship 1st Round
Schumann defeated Elge 9-0
Schumann scored a pair of takedowns and scored back points to pick up his first win of the tournament

149 - James Martinez (CMU) v. Brandon Montoya (WSCU) | Championship 1st Round
Martinez defeated Montoya 9-1
Martinez earned three takedowns,picked up back points and rode Montoya for over four minutes in the match.

285 - Paco Retana (CMU) v. John Close (FHSU) | Championship 1st Round
Close defeats Retana 4-0
Paco couldnt get anything going in his bout. He falls down and is awaiting the loser of Graulus and Dhinsa.

125 - Jonathon Stelling (CMU) v. Jesse Hillhouse (CSUP) | Championship Quarterfinal
Hillhouse wins by pin over Stelling
Top ranked Jesse Hillhouse scored an early takedown but Stelling countered with an escape. Hillhouse then took Stelling down to his back and earned the pin.

133 - Tyler Nelson (CMU) v. Daniel DeShazer (UNK) | Championship Quarterfinal
DeShazer wins in Ultimate Tiebreaker over Nelson
Both wrestlers fought hard for over ten minutes on the mat. DeShazer rode Nelson for 18 seconds in the final tiebreaker period which proved to be the difference.

141 - Drew Schumann (CMU) v. Ryan Fillingame (ASU) | Championship Quarterfinal
Fillingame defeats Schumann 15-3
Schumann ran into a buzz saw in Fillingame and couldnt get anything on the top seed.

149 - James Martinez (CMU) v. Conrad Snell (SFSU) | Championship Quarterfinal
Martinez defeats Snell 3-1 OT
Martinez scored a takedown at about the midway point of overtime and is headed to the semifinals.

157 - Jon Gappmaier (CMU) v. Vincent Aboytes (SFSU) | Championship Quarterfinal
Gappmaier pins Aboytes
Gappmaier led 9-1 heading into the third period Gappmaier shot in and rolled Aboytes to his back to pick up the pin. 

165 - Tyler Miles (CMU) v. Chase Nelson (UNK) | Championship Quarterfinal
Nelson defeats Miles 20-5
Miles fell to the top seeded Nelson by technical fall

174 - Zak Slotten (CMU) v. Ray Hall (CSUP) | Championship Quarterfinal
Slotten wins in Ultimate Tiebreaker over Hall
Slotten and Hall had a long match. Slotten had four seconds of riding time which proved to be the difference

184 - Nick Petersen (CMU) v. Brett Sanchez (GCU) | Championship Quarterfinal
Petersen defeats Sanchez 3-1 OT
Nick Petersen scored a takedown on a bad Sanchez shot in overtime to advance to the semis

197 - Jordan Passehl (CMU) v. Tanner Kriss (FHSU) | Championship Quarterfinal
Kriss pins Passehl
Passehl falls to nationally ranked Kriss for the second time this season.

Stelling controlled the whole match and advances to the next round

Scultheis picked up an early takedown then it was all Nelson

Schumann built a 7-1 lead in the match and held on to adance

165 - Tyler Miles (CMU) v. Brock Lamb (SFU) | Consolation 2nd Round
Lamb defeats Miles 6-0
Miles couldnt score anything and is eliminated from the tournament

197 - Jordan Passehl (CMU) v. Thomas Martin (SFSU) | Consolation 2nd Round
Passehl defeats Martin 7-0
Passehl couldnt score in the first but didnt let up from the 2nd period on to advance

Paco couldnt takedown Graulus and could only manage an escape. Retana is eliminated from the tournament.

Stelling couldnt score a takedown and got ridden the whole third period. He is now eliminated from the tournament.

Schumann ran into a hot wrestler and couldnt make up an early deficit. He is now eliminated from the tournament.

Stots' takedown in the first period proved to be the difference in the match. Martinez was deep on a shot at the end of the match but couldnt get around for the score.

Gappmaier defeats White 7-5
Gappmaier scored a pair of takedowns early and held on in the end for the win. Gappmaier is in the finals and has punched his ticket to the NCAA Championships

Very hard fought match. Slotten surrendered a takedown with 20 seconds left in overtime. He will face the winner of Klopp (CSC) and Budke (FHSU) tomorrow morning

Petersen defeats Debus 5-2
Petersen gets a takedown and scored a reversal to punch his ticket to the National Championships. He will face Kyle Piatt in the finals

Sahota defeats Passehl 7-6
Passehl got behind early and couldnt recover in time and fell out of the tournament.
