        The Colorado Mesa Mavericks fell to the Chadron State Eagles 22-13 in a RMAC Dual tonight at Brownson Arena. The Eagles won 6 of the 10 bouts on the night including a bonus point win at 197lbs. and a Maverick forfeit at 125lbs. The Mavericks fall to 5-7 in duals on the season and 0-2 in the RMAC.
        The Mavericks won matches at 133, 149, 157, and 184 pounds.
        Tyler Nelson picked up a win over Chadron State's Dustin Stodola 4-3 at 133lbs. Nelson moved his record to 12-6 on the season and 1-2 in the RMAC. At 149lbs., Trevor Donarski moved his record to 14-8 on the season with a 5-0 decision over Chadron State's C.J. Clark.
        Jon Gappmaier picked up his 20th win of the season with an 11-3 major decision over Bruce Zurek of Chadron. Gappmaier  leads the Mavericks in wins this season, he leads Nick Petersen by 3 wins.
        Petersen atoned for an earlier loss in the season to Eagle Jordan Debus. Petersen won 8-2 tonight and moved his record to 17-9 on the season and 1-2 in the RMAC.
        The Mavericks will be back in action tomorrow night against New Mexico Highlands at 6:00pm in Brownson Arena.
