Jaclyn McMillen and Katie Wedel have been named Scholar All-Americans by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America. McMillen earned All-America status and Wedel was named Honorable Mention All-America.
McMillen became the first swimmer in MSC history to qualify for the NCAA DII National Championships this past season. She earned All-America Honorable Mention honors in the 100 and 200-yard backstroke. McMillen finished 12th place in the 200-backstroke and 16th overall in the 100-backstroke.
Katie Wedel was named RMAC All-Conference Third Team in the 200 IM and 200 breaststroke. She earned All-Conference Third Team honors in the 400 medley relay with a third place finish at the RMAC Championships with teammates McMillen, Danielle Shabelski and Briana Purkapile.
