Mavs wrap up Fall Season, Beat Cougars 8-1

Colorado Mesa men's tennis team wrapped the fall season in an 8-1 home victory over Colorado Christian University Friday afternoon. CMU dropped a pair of duals to Colorado School of Mines in two exhibition matches Friday night and Saturday afternoon.

CMU's #1 doubles team of Brason Hollabaugh and Andres Hernandez won 8-0 and swept through their singles matches at #1 and #2 singles respectively giving up a combined five games. Hollabaugh defeated Chris Flathers 6-0, 6-1 and Hernandez won 6-3, 6-1 over Dillon Etter.

Alex Barrios (#3), Jonathan Casson (#4) and John Hendrickson (#5) won in straight sets over their opponents. Barrios and Casson won at #2 doubles, 8-4 and the team of Forrest Kennel and Sterling Inouye won their #3 doubles match, 8-5.
