Maverick fans, we are little more than a week out from the season and home opener for the Colorado Mesa Football team as they are scheduled to take on the Minnesota State Mavericks on Thursday August 27 at 6pm. Here is a list of things you need to know before making your way to Stocker Stadium.
 
A LOOK AT THE SIDELINES
The Mavericks are switching things up this year and will now occupy the West sideline. This isn't the first time they have manned the West sideline but will be the first since the 2012 season when the Hamilton Tower was being built.
 
TICKETS
Fans can get their tickets for Thursday night's game online at CMUMavericks.com/tickets, over the phone by dialing 970.248.2107, or in person at the ticket booth at Stocker Stadium. Fans are strongly encouraged to buy online to avoid the lines.
 
Gates open 90 minutes before kickoff

Reserved Seating - $18
General Admission - $12
General Admission (Seniors) - $6
18 & under are FREE

FCI PREMIUM TAILGATE
Premium tailgating is now offered for all Colorado Mesa home games thanks to our partnership with FCI Constructors. The FCI Premium Tailgate offers fans, families, and Maverick supporters three different tailgating packages.
 
Tailgating will begin at three (3) hours prior to kickoff.
 
Reserve space for one game or up to all six games during the season. Reservations close five (5) days before each game or when spaces are full.
 
Packages
Premium – a 10' x 20' space, a 10' x 10' tailgate tent, fully loaded setup with tables and chairs, bottled water, two coolers, and 40lbs of ice.
 
Select – a 10' x 10' space, a 10' x 10' tailgate tent, fully loaded setup with tables and chairs, bottled water, a cooler and 20lbs of ice.
 
Traditional – reserved parking space near the Stocker Stadium entrance, use for a reserved parking space and your own tailgate setup, join the gameday parking area with others.

GAMEDAY PROGRAMS
Make sure to grab your Gameday program prior to each game. Programs include rosters, headshots, Coach's quotes along with an insert for the latest rosters, depth charts and all the information pertinent to the game.
 
Get yours at the front gate or from a student passing through the stands.
 
Programs are five (5) dollars and directly benefit Colorado Mesa Football.
 
MAVERICK CLUB
The Maverick Club is an exciting way to support Colorado Mesa student-athletes while also enhancing your experience at games. The Maverick Club offers several different levels of giving and support.
 
The Maverick Club Hospitality area will continue to be in the South end of the field.

ALUMNI ZONE
New location this year. The Buffalo Wild Wings Alumni Zone has moved to the North endzone and is accessible from both the East and West sides of the venue. Enjoy free food from Buffalo Wild Wings and beer courtesy of Central Distributing.

CONSTRUCTION & PARKING
Throughout this season, we're transforming Stocker Stadium by constructing a new end zone building to house Maverick Football. Construction zones will modify how fans access the south end of the stadium and parking. The front-row and handicap parking near the Stocker Stadium entrance will be blocked off. New handicap parking is available in the main lot, near the entrance.
