Mavs Host Cowboys in RMAC Tournament

Colorado Mesa will host New Mexico Highlands in the quarterfinals of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships Tuesday (March 1).

RMAC Tournament
Colorado Mesa is the No. 3 seed in the RMAC Tournament. With a win against No. 6 New Mexico Highlands on Tuesday they will play either Colorado Mines or Adams State (March 4).

20 Wins
Colorado Mesa eclipsed the 20 win mark for the first time since the 2009-10 season. The Mavs finished with a 23-6 mark in 2009-10 and made the schools last appearance in the NCAA Tournament. 

Last Meeting
CMU lost 99-95 to New Mexico Highlands earlier this season. Ryan Stephan hit six threes and finished with 36 points.

Home Court Advantage
Colorado Mesa has dominated on their home court at Brownson Arena posting a 12-2 record this season. Their two losses were back in December against UCCS and MSU Denver.
