LAWTON, Okla. - No. 36 Cameron defeated the Colorado Mesa women's tennis team 7-2 Monday (March 24). 

Katie Kirby led the Mavericks with a pair of wins. She defeated Antonia Moberg in three sets (5-7, 6-0, 10-4) at No. 6 singles. 

Kirby and Moberg would square off at No. 3 doubles. Kirby and teammate Natalie Martin defeated Moberg and Magdalena  Kovinic 9-7. 

Krystyn Wykert fell in three sets at No. 5 singles to Laura Roberts.

The women's team will play at Dallas Baptist Tuesday (March 25).
