The Mesa State Mavericks prepared today for their first appearance in the NCAA Division II World Series. Each team is allowed 45 minutes for defensive practice on the actual game field followed by 45 minutes of batting practice.
        First pitch for the Mavs will be tomorrow at 11am (Mountain Time) vs. fellow first timer in the World Series, the Belmont Abbey Crusaders. You can catch all the action on the game by tuning into 91.3 KMSA with Kurtis Beidleman and other info on the official NCAA World Series website.
