CMU Beach Volleyball Bio
Career Synopsis: Finished her overall indoor collegiate career with 713 kills, 284 blocks and 912 total points... Joined the Maverick indoor program in the summer of 2024 after originally coming to CMU to play on the beach volleyball team in the spring of 2024.
2024 (As a Senior @ CMU): Started all 29 of the Mavs’ matches in the middle blocker position in her lone indoor season at CMU… Played in 100 of the 102 total sets, recording 164 kills (1.64/set) and a team-leading 79 blocks (0.79/set), including 14 solos… Finished with a .271 attack percentage on 376 total swings… Had 211 ½ total points (2.12/set)… Tallied a season-high 11 kills while hitting .667 in a Oct. 28 win at the Colorado School of Mines… Hit a season-best .727 with eight kills on Sept. 21 against Fort Lewis… Had three separate six block efforts… The last of those came in an RMAC Tournament win over Westminster (Nov. 19), when she also had nine kills… Hit above .500 in three different matches.
Before CMU: Played three seasons of indoor volleyball as a middle blocker at NCAA Division II member Drury University in Springfield, Missouri… Recorded 549 kills and 205 blocks in 82 career matches and 278 total sets... Was a Second Team All-GLVC (Great Lakes Valley Conference) selection as a sophomore in 2022… Also earned GLVC Offensive Player of the Week honors that year.
2023 (As a Junior @ Drury): Played in 28 matches, recording 191 kills and 79 blocks… Also added 21 aces.
2022 (As a Sophomore @ Drury: Played in 30 matches and 110 sets for the Panthers… Was second on the team for kills with 293 (2.66/set)… Posted a .303 attack percentage, the eighth best in school-history… Also added 21 service aces, 89 blocks and 40 digs.
2021 (As a Freshman @ Drury): Played in 27 indoor matches and 57 sets in her debut season with the Panthers… Recorded 65 kills and 37 blocks.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Ozark High School, where she played indoor volleyball for the Adeana Brewer coached Tigers… Earned first team all-state, all-district and all-conference honors as a senior in the fall of 2020… Was a first team all-conference and second team all-district pick as a junior in the 2019 season.
Club: Played indoor for Club Thr33-Storm and Coach Todd Gregory... Played beach volleyball for the Malosi Sand Academy... Was coached by April Stapp… Earned bids to the AAU, AVP and USAV Nationals in 2021.
Personal: Is majoring in fine arts… Aspires to have a professional career in beach volleyball on the AVP Tour… Daughter of Brooke and Micheal Tadlock… Has a younger brother named John… Enjoys drawing, painting, throwing pottery, swimming, kayaking, hiking and walking her dogs.
