Transfers to CMU after a breakout sophomore campaign and two total seasons at CSU Pueblo.

As a Sophomore (2024 @ CSU Pueblo): Led the ThunderWolves with a .367 attack percentage and would have been ranked amongst the conference’s leaders for hitting percentage, service aces per set (0.33) and blocks per set (0.87) but did not meet the conference’s statistical ranking minimums after playing in 19 matches and 54 of the Pack’s 96 sets… Started 14 matches… Recorded 67 kills, 18 aces and 47 blocks… Was also named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Was named to the Steel City Showcase All-Tournament Team

As a Freshman (2023 @ CSU Pueblo): Played in nine matches and 20 sets as a freshman… Made four starts… Recorded 21 kills, three digs and 13 blocks while hitting .213… Had four matches with three or more kills, including a season-high seven kills against Southwestern Oklahoma State (Sept. 8) ... In her collegiate debut against Angelo State (Sept. 8), she had three kills and two blocks ... Posted at least one block in six of her nine matches, including a season-high four blocks against Southwestern Oklahoma State... Saw action in four matches and six sets in RMAC play... Started one RMAC match... Had four kills and two blocks in RMAC play.

Prep: Two-year letterwinner in volleyball for Coach Mike Gansauge at Alta High School… Recorded 225 kills as an outside hitter as a senior in the fall of 2022… Was the Hawks’ team captain that year… Earned honorable mention all-state honors that year as well… Was a two-time All-Region selection… Played both outside hitter and middle blocker in high school… In the classroom, posted a 3.95 GPA while earning a multitude of honors, including five academic letters.

Club: Played for Club V… Was coached by Reed Carlson… Was the team captain in 2019 and 2023.

Personal: Is majoring in cellular, molecular and developmental biology… Daughter of Leona and Brad Wood … Has a brother, Cole… Biology major ... Is a licensed EMT… Aspires for a career in the medical field and is excited to learn what she’ll love to do with her career over the next couple years.
