As a Sophomore (2025): Played in 20 matches and 47 sets… Started each of the Mavs’ last six matches, including all three post-season matches while helping the Mavs to secure a NCAA Tournament spot… Played in each of the final 12… Finished the season with 115 kills (2.45/set)… Also had 26 digs, ten blocks and eight service aces… Caught on fire at the end of the season, recording a career-high 17 kills in the RMAC Tournament quarterfinal win over the Colorado School of Mines (Nov. 18) before leading the Mavs with nine in the semifinals against eventual national champion MSU Denver… Also had 15 off the bench at Mines on Oct. 24 and 14 in a Nov. 8 win over Regis… Hit .500 with nine kills and no errors on 18 swings in the Mavs’ next win over Black Hills State (Nov. 14)… Was named to the RMAC All-Tournament Team as the Mavs’ lone representative… Went on earn the Mavs’ lone spot on the First Team Academic All-RMAC squad… Was also named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® team.

As a Freshman (2024): Played in 21 matches and 54 sets as an outside hitter… Was the team’s most-used freshman… Recorded 89 kills (1.65/set), 12 digs (0.22/set) and 11 blocks (0.20/set) along with a .173 attack percentage on 271 total swings… Reached double-figures for kills in two matches, recording ten in a Sept. 14 home sweep over Cal State Dominguez Hills and in the regular season finale at South Dakota Mines on Nov. 16… Took a season-high 30 attempts in the latter, a 5-set match… Also had eight kills on errorless .571 hitting (14 attempts) in a Nov. 10 sweep over New Mexico Highlands… Also set season-highs for digs (3) and blocks (3) in that match.

Prep: 2024 graduate of Gallatin High School… Coached by Erika Gustavsen… Was a 2-time all-state and academic all-state honoree for the Raptors… Led Montana at the AA level for total kills per set and total kills as a senior in the fall of 2023… Also finished second in points per set that year… Was a 4-year letterwinner… Earned second team all-conference honors as a freshman and first team honors as a sophomore, junior and senior… Finished her career with 1,264 kills… Was also a 3-year letterwinner in basketball… Earned second team all-conference honors as a junior… Earned two academic all-state honors for basketball… Was votes as the varsity volleyball and basketball captain for three years.

Club: Played for Big Sky Volleyball… Coached by Kandice Gregorak… Was on the club’s USAV National Team for four years.

Personal: Is majoring in kinesiology… Would like continue on to graduate school and become a physician’s assistant… Daughter of Jake and Keri Breeding… Has an older brother Tyler and younger sister Kate… Enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and paddle boarding.
