As a Redshirt Junior (2025): Earned Honorable Mention All-RMAC honors… Also picked up a pair of academic plaudits, being named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Team and to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Started all 28 matches at the middle blocker position and played in all 103 sets… Led the team with 108 blocks (1.05/set), the most for any Maverick since 2018 and the sixth most in a single season during the rally-scoring era… Was ranked fourth in the RMAC for total blocks and third with her per set average… Had 147 kills (1.43/set) while hitting .257… Also had 49 digs (0.48/set) and five service aces (0.05/set)... Was third on the team with 209.5 total points (2.03/set)… Had nine kills in five separate matches… Tallied a season-high eight blocks on Sept. 26 in a win over eventual national champion MSU Denver… Hit .400 or higher in eight different matches… Hit a season-best .563 with nine kills and no errors on 16 attempts against Cal Poly Pomona (Sept. 12).
As a Redshirt Sophomore (2024): Redshirt season.
As a Sophomore (2023): Played in 27 matches and 84 total sets… Started 22 matches at the middle hitter position… Finished the year with 136 kills (1.62/set) while hitting .285… Led the team with 61 blocks (0.73/set), including nine block solos… Registered 172 total points (2.05/set)… Tallied a career-high 12 kills while hitting .556 in an Oct. 13 win over UCCS… Hit .500 or better in five matches… Recorded five blocks four different matches, including the regular season finale against South Dakota Mines and the RMAC Tournament quarterfinal against Colorado Christian in back-to-back matches… Also had nine kills on .529 hitting in that win over South Dakota Mines… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
As a Freshman (2022): Played in eight matches and eight sets as a reserve middle… Recorded two kills on six swings, good for a .333 attack percentage in her limited time… Also had two blocks, including one solo, to finish with 3.5 total points… Had both of those blocks and one of her kills at Black Hills State (Oct. 7).
Prep: Led the Jared Rudiger coached University High School Bulldogs to their first state title in school history as a senior in the fall of 2021… Earned first team all-state and all-conference honors after recording a 51.7 kill percentage with 260 kills on 503 attempts as a senior… Also had an attack percentage of .392… Was a first team academic all-state pick as well.

Club:Â Played for Norco 18 Black, which was ranked No. 1 in the state.

Personal: Plans to major in business and aspires to earn a real estate license and become an investor someday… Would like to study international marketing… Daughter of Nora Molina and Fares Alrashed… Has three siblings, Anwar, Amir and Amjad… Enjoys hanging with friends and family, shopping and the outdoors… Plays volleyball year-round.

Why I Chose CMU: "The school is in state but far enough from home. The volleyball program is a great winning program. The coaches and staff are amazing as well as the players. The campus is so nice and Grand Junction itself is beautiful!."
