2022 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Capped her collegiate career with her best season… Ran in four meets, contesting the 5K and 10K twice each… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors by placing fifth in the 5K at the RMAC Championships… Scored four team points with a time of 18:10.51, just off her career-best mark of 18:05.91, which placed her second at the Maverick Invite #2… Ranks fourth in program history with the time… Posted a 10K time of 36:21.43 in her final race as a Maverick at the APU Last Chance… Ranks second in program history with that NCAA Championship provisional qualifying time… Ranked 35th nationally and seventh on the RMAC season long performers list… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll for the 11th time in her career... Also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2021-22 Indoor (Redshirt Senior): Competed in three meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the 3K and 5K twice each, including at the conference meet… Also ran the mile individually once and the anchor 1,600-meter leg on a distance medley relay team on another… Placed seventh in the 5K to score a pair of team points… Ran to a time of 18:53.91, just off her season-best of 18:52.57, which was good for the win at the Mountaineer Open & Multi… Ranks fifth in program history... Was a double-winner at that meet as she anchored the DMR squad to victory in 13:50.54… Had a career-best 3K time of 10:32.44 at the Don Kirby Open & Elite to move into the No. 4 spot of program history… Later finished 12th at the RMAC Championships in 10:58.13… Posted a career-best time of 5:25.41 at the Don Kirby meet as well… Ranks sixth in program history with that time… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Ran the 10,000 meters at two meets… Qualified for the RMAC Championships with a time of 41:12.85 at the Maverick Multi & Open before posting a career-best of 40:57.82 to place 14th at the conference meet… Ranks fourth in program history with that time… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
 
2021 Indoor (Senior): Competed in three meets, racing at different distances in each… Posted a time of 5:56.30 in her mile debut at the Western Slope Challenge before running the 3K in 11:58.78 a day later (Feb. 6) at the Adams State Grizzly Open… Finished the 5K in 19:54.23 at the CRC UCCS Open the following week… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 5,000 meters in three meets and the 3K once… Finished 15th at the RMAC Championships with a 5K time of 20:03.91… Had qualified with a season-best time of 19:47.25 (18:58.30-converted) at the Mines Winter Classic… Had taken second in the event at The Power 5… Had a career-best time of 11:14.82 in the 3K at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets, contesting the 5,000 meters at three of them... Had a season-best time of 19:44.14 at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite on Apr. 19... Also ran the 1,500 meters in a career-best time of 5:13.51 at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open in her only effort of the year at that distance... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick.

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets, running the 3,000 and 5,000 meters twice each... Had a season-best time of 11:45.63 in the 3K at the Western Colorado Open to place third... Ran a season-best time of 19:47.38 in the 5K at the Colorado Invitational... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2018 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran in three meets, contesting the 800 meters twice and the 1,500 once... Had season-best times of 2:34.57 and 5:33.82.

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 800 meters at two February meets posting a best time of 2:34.98 at the Colorado Invitational.

High School: Ran for the Arapahoe High School Warriors...State Qualifier in the 4x800 relay.... Was the recipient of the Steve Durden Award.... Placed second at the Centennial League Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2016... Had a XC 5K PR of 20:45 at the Liberty Bell Invitational that year, finishing seventh, one of four top-10 finishes throughout the season…Had track PRs of 13:08.43 (3200) and 5:48.49 (1600).

Personal: Majoring in English Literature.with a concentration in secondary education... Daughter of Mike and Kathie Parsons... Has two siblings (Dylan, Cozette).....Aspires to become a high school English teacher... Chose CMU for the opportunity to continue running and for the academics.
