2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Missed the season due to injury.
2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Senior): Ran in five meets, including the RMAC Championships… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 5,000 meters after taking fifth at the conference meet with a time of 18:05.15… Won that event with a career-best time of 17:26.59 at the Ichabod Invitational… Ranks second in program history with that effort… Was 13
th on the RMAC’s season-long performance list in the 5K with her converted time of 17:15.24 from the RMAC Championships… Also qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 3K, placing 13
th in 10:34.27… Had a career-best time of 10:21.53 to rank fourth in CMU history at the Colorado Invitational… Ran the mile in a career-best time of 5:16.53 at the Ichabod Invitational… Ranks seventh in CMU history with that time… Helped the Mavs to a second place time of 12:43.53 in the distance medley relay at the Nevada Invitational & Multi, the sixth fastest in program history… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll... Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Was later named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team for Cross Country/Track & Field.
2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Ran in four meets, contesting the 5,000 and 10,000 meter events… Set the school 10K record with a sea-level time of 35:47.13 at Azusa Pacific’s Franson Last Chance meet… Had placed seventh at the RMAC Championships with a time of 36:23.21, which with altitude conversion was equivalent to a time of 35:21.93… Ranked ninth on the RMAC’s season-long performance list with that NCAA provisional qualifying mark that put her 28th on the national list… Had won the 10K with a time of 36:41.73 at the Maverick Invite & Multi in her first effort as a Maverick… Posted a time of 17:39.69 (17:12.65-converted) to place second in her lone 5K effort of the season at the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing meet… Ranks fifth in CMU history with that mark... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set season-best times of 10:21.73 (3K) and 17:31.04 (5K) at the conference meet… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 5K, placing sixth… Set a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 17:06.62 (converted) at the conference meet… Finished ninth in the 3K... Had run a season-best mile time of 5:22.08 at the New Mexico Team Open… Ranks fifth in CMU history with that mark… Claimed to two event wins, winning the 5K at the both the Colorado Running Company Pre-Holiday Invite & Multi and the Big Red Machine Open.
Before CMU: Transfer from NCAA Division I Utah Tech... Was an Academic All-WAC (Western Athletic Conference) selection in all three of her years with the Trailblazers... Was a WAC and Utah Tech SAAC Representative... Set the Trailblazers' indoor school-record of 18:17.08 in 5K.
2022-23 Indoor: Competed in four meets, including the WAC Championships... Finished 13th in the 5K with her school-record setting time of 18:17.08 in what was her lone attempt at that distance throughout the season... Also set a career-best 3K time of 10:32.88 at the conference meet, finishing 29th... Ran the 3K at all four of her meets... Ran the mile once, posting a time of 5:47.61 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.
2022 Outdoor: Ran in six meets, including the WAC Championships... Set career-best times of 5:00.59 (1500), 18:10.57 (5K) and 37:50.69 (10K)... Finished 20th in the 10K and 33rd in the 5K at the conference meet.
2021-22 Indoor: Ran in four meets, contesting the 3,000 meters at each... Finished 25th in that that event at the WAC Championships, posting a season-best time of 10:45.93... Ran the mile in 5:36.40 at the Weber State, her lone attempt at that distance.
2021 Outdoor: Ran in four meets, including the WAC Championships, where she set season-best times... Finished 19th in the 5,000 with a season-best time of 18:53.67... Placed 12th in the 10,000 with a time of 40:01.64... Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:19.61 at the Utah Spring Classic in her only attempt at that distance.
Prep: 2020 graduate of Dixie High School... Ran for Coach Paul Durrant... Earned three varsity letters in cross country and two in track ... Finished 14h in Utah 4A Region 9 Championships as a senior in the fall of 2019 with a XC PR of 19:11.79... Had two top-20 finishes throughout the season... Was 33rd at the Utah 4A State Championship meet...National Honor Society member.
Personal: Is majoring in sport management... Daughter of Karamie Foster and Rhett Williams... Would love to become a sports agent or cross country coach.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because I want to move to Colorado, and continue my masters program while still running."
