As a Redshirt Senior (2024): Was the team’s top runner in four of her five meets while finishing second on the team in the other… Was the Mavs’ leader in all three championship meets… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors with a 20
th place finish at the conference championships… Had a season-best time of 21:06.2 to do so… Became just the fifth Maverick woman to receive back-to-back All-RMAC plaudits… Finished 30
th at the South Central Regional Championships to lead the Mavericks to their first national championship qualification as a team since 2014… Became just the third Maverick to run in consecutive national championships, finishing 79
th as the team’s top finisher… Led the Mavs with a fourth place finish at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Open, where she finished the 5K course in 18:36.0… Took the Roadrunners Invitational off before taking 31
st at the Lewis Crossover Invite as the Mavs’ second finisher, just three places behind Brooke Miller… Was one of four Mavs named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection... Was later named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® (2024-25) Team for Cross Country/Track & Field.
As a Redshirt Junior (2023): Ran in five meets during an award-winning season, leading the Mavs in each… Posted a career-best 6K time of 21:04.2 at the NCAA Division II National Championships en-route to a solid 61
st place finish well within the top quarter of the 264 runner field… Had qualified for the national meet after finishing 23
rd at the South Central Regional Championships… Was the second finisher on non-qualifying teams… Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honors thanks to the effort, which was a clocking of 21:25.2… Had also became the first Maverick in seven years (Alexia Chapman, 2016) to earn First Team All-RMAC honors after finishing 13th at the RMAC Championships with a time of 21:34.5… Started her season with a fourth place finish at the Mountaineer Invite… Went on to finish 27
th in a field of 322 at the Lewis Crossover before turning her attention to the championship meets.
Before CMU: Transfer from NCAA Division I Utah Tech... Was an Academic All-WAC (Western Athletic Conference) selection in all three of her years with the Trailblazers... Was a WAC and Utah Tech SAAC Representative... Set the Trailblazers' indoor school-record of 18:17.08 in 5K.
2022 (Redshirt Sophomore @ Utah Tech): Competed in all five of the Trailblazers' meets including the WAC Championships, finishing 60th ... Posted the eighth fastest 6K (21:43.0) in program history at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite
Fall 2021 (Redshirt Freshman @ Utah Tech): Competed in three meets including the WAC Championships ... Was part of the team that posted a program record 21:49 (6K) team top five average at the WAC Championships ... Posted a season best 23:26.0 (6K) at the Highlander Invitational in Riverside, California.
Spring 2021 (Freshman @Â Utah Tech):Â Competed in all three races of the season, pushed to the spring ... Posted a season best 24:05.9 at the Battle Born Collegiate Challenge in Las Vegas, Nevada... Placed 35th at the WAC Championships.
Prep: 2020 graduate of Dixie High School... Ran for Coach Paul Durrant... Earned three varsity letters in cross country and two in track ... Finished 14h in Utah 4A Region 9 Championships as a senior in the fall of 2019Â with a XC PR of 19:11.79... Had two top-20 finishes throughout the season... Was 33rd at the Utah 4A State Championship meet...National Honor Society member.
Personal: Is majoring in sport management... Daughter of Karamie Foster and Rhett Williams... Would love to become a sports agent or cross country coach.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMUÂ because I want to move to Colorado, and continue my masters program while still running."
