2024-25 (Redshirt Junior): Did not compete in any meets during either the indoor nor outdoor seasons.
2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Competed in three meets, including the RMAC Championships and both of CMU’s home invites… Qualified for the conference meet in the 400 meters, taking 15th place with a time of 58.78… Had a career-best qualifying time of 57.81 seconds at the Maverick Invite #2… Finished third in that event… Also took third at the Maverick Invite & Multi… Helped the Mavs take seventh in the 4x400-meter relay at the RMAC meet… Ran the second leg on that team that finished in 3:54.94, ninth fastest in program history… Ran the 200 meters at both regular season meets… Had a wind-aided season-best time of 25.38 and a wind-legal time of 25.98.
2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not race.
2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set season-best times of 12.70 (100), 25.92 (200) and 58.65 (400)… Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 400, finishing 14
th in 59.34 seconds… Also ran on the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay team at the conference meet, helping the squad to a seventh place finish and time of 3:55.36, tenth fastest in school-history… Also ran on the 13
th fastest quartet that posted a time of 3:56.80 at the Maverick Invite… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Raced in the 400 meters at five different meets, including the RMAC Championships… Also ran on the Mavs 4x400-meter relay team at the conference meet and in the 200 at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic, posting a time of 26.62… Had a season-best 400 time of 59.36 at that meet and a converted best of 59.34 (59.91-actual) at the Western Colorado Alumni Open to qualify for the RMAC Championships… Finished 12
th at the RMAC meet in 1:00.22… Helped the Mavs take seventh in the 4x4 relay with a time of 4:02.68… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2021-22 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Fruita Monument High School… Ran for coaches Jay Valentine and Bear Huskey… Helped the Wildcats qualify for the 5A State Cross Country Championships three times (2018, 2019, 2020)… Placed 47
th individually as a senior in 2020 with a time of 20:00.3 while helping the team place ninth… Earned First Team All-Southwestern League honors with a PR of 19:16.1 earlier in the season… Was a Second Team All-SWL performer as a junior in 2019… Helped the squad earn the Academic Team Championship in 2018… Was a 2-time state championship (2019, 2021) qualifier on the track… Set PR times of 26.33 (200), 58.33 (400) and 2:23.21 (800) as a senior in 2021… Finished eighth in the 400 meters at the 2021 5A State Championships and helped the Wildcats place fifth in the sprint medley relay with a school-record time… They also finished seventh in the 4x800-meter relay… Helped the Wildcats qualify for state and set a school-record time in the 4x200-meter relay in 2019.
Personal: Is majoring in graphic design… Daughter of Brian and Alison Arcand… Has one older brother— Evan… Plans to explore various career options through her college education… Enjoys drawing, painting, reading, skim boarding, paddle boarding, hiking with her black lab.
