Biography

Before CMU: Played basketball for Mid Michigan Community College for the last two seasons after attending Saginaw Valley State University as a freshman in 2023-24… Was a member or the Cardinals volleyball and basketball teams.

2025-26 (@ Mid Michigan College): Was named as the Michigan Community College Athletic Association Northern Conference’s Defensive Player of the Year… Set a school record for the Lakers by recording 109 blocked shots… Also set the single-game record of eight… Earned NJCAA All-Region 12 honors… Was a member of the MCCAA North First Team and All-Defensive Team… Helped lead the Lakers to a 28-5 overall record, including a perfect 14-0 mark in the MCCAA North…. Helped the Lakers win the Region 12 crown and advance to the second round of the NJCAA Division II National Championship tournament… Averaged 11.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.3 blocks and 1.9 assists per game while making 32 starts and 33 appearances.

2024-25 (@ Mid Michigan College): Helped the Lakers win the MCCAA state tournament title and a share of the Northern Conference regular season crown… The squad went 31-5 and won the Great Lakes District 6 Championship before taking seventh at the national championship tournament… Averaged 3.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while playing in all 36 contests… Made one start.

2023-24 (@ Saginaw Valley State): Was on the volleyball and basketball team for the NCAA Division II Cardinals… Redshirted in basketball… Played in 51 sets over 18 volleyball matches… Recorded 48 blocks, 21 kills and 11 digs.

Prep: Was a 4-sport star for the Mackinaw City High School Comets… Earned a multitude of all-conference, all-area and all-region honors in basketball, cross country and volleyball… Won conference titles in all four sports and district championships in both basketball and volleyball… Was the Daily Tribune’s Co-Player of the Year in basketball while earning second team all-state accolades… Finished second in the Comets’ record book for career points (1,158) and first in career rebounds (1,003)… Averaged 16.1 points, 10.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 3.6 steals and 3.5 blocks per game as a senior in 2022-23.

Club: Played for the Michigan Mystics… Coached by Dave Smith.

Personal: Is majoring in radiology… Wants to pursue a career in radiology and to work in a field where she can help people and make a difference when they need it most… Daughter of Abbey Smith… Has three younger siblings— Gavin, Briella and Audriana.
