Hannah Pollart is starting her 10th season as the Mavs’ top assistant coach, working primarily with the post players and assisting Taylor Wagner in all aspects of the program.
She's been on staff for five NCAA Tournament appearances, four RMAC regular-season titles and two RMAC Tournament championships. Three WBCA All-Americans, three RMAC Players of the Year, one RMAC Defensive Player of the Year and two RMAC Freshmen of the Year have worked with “Coach P.”
The Mavericks have had a team GPA of 3.2 or higher in every semester she's been on staff, and every semester of Wagner's tenure. She's coached two Academic All-Americans, one two-time RMAC Academic Player of the Year and five RMAC Summit Award winners.
Pollart played one season for the Mavericks, helping CMU reach the South Central Regional championship game in 2013-14. She averaged 7.2 points and 6.1 rebounds.
Before transferring to CMU, Pollart played two seasons at Northeastern Junior College, where she was an All-Region IX player and an NJCAA Academic All-American. She played her junior season at Cameron University.
A native of Powell, Wyoming, Pollart earned her degree in psychology from Colorado Mesa and her Masters in Business Administration from CMU.
Pollart began her tenure as the Mavs' assistant coach in May 2016 after spending a season as an assistant at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colo.
At Northeastern Junior College, Pollart's duties included on and off campus recruiting, conditioning, weight training, player development, and scouting reports.
Hannah and her husband, former CMU All-America pitcher Will Dixon, have one son, Owen.
