2026 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in four meets… Raced in the 1,500 meters three times and in the 3K steeplechase twice… Set a career-best time of 9:49.08 in the steeplechase to finish 20
th at the RMAC Championships… Ranks seventh in CMU history with that effort… Had a career-best time of 4:04.77 in the 1,500 at the Maverick Early Bird Open to open the season.
2025-26 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in three meets… Registered season and career-best times of 2:03.93 (800) and 4:31.45 (Mile), both of which came at the Colorado Classic… Ran on the Mavs’ distance medley relay team at the Last Chance RMAC Qualifier.
2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran the 1,500 meters at three meets… Recorded a season-best time of 4:13.67 at the Maverick Invitational.
2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Did not compete in any meets.
As a Freshman (2023-24): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
Prep: 2023 graduate of El Segundo High School… Finished fifth at the Pioneer League #2 Cross Country Meet during his senior year with a 3-mile PR of 15:45.7… Set track PRs of 2:04.64 (800), 4:25.68 (1600) and 9:35.72 (3200) during his senior track season (2023).
Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Chose CMU because of the location, coach and team.
