th as the team’s No. 7 man at the conference meet… Took 48
th with a season-best time of 26:19.4 (8K) at the Roadrunners Invitational, where he was the Mavs’ fourth man… Finished 30
th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Open and 233
rd at the Lewis Crossover in his other two starts.
As a Freshman (2023): Redshirt season… Competed unattached at the season-opening Mountaineer Invite, taking 58
th with an 8K time of 29:26.5.
Prep: 2023 graduate of El Segundo High School… Finished fifth at the Pioneer League #2 Cross Country Meet during his senior year with a 3-mile PR of 15:45.7… Set track PRs of 2:04.64 (800), 4:25.68 (1600) and 9:35.72 (3200) during his senior track season (2023).
Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Chose CMU because of the location, coach and team.
