• Second Team All-RMAC (2024)

2024 (Junior): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors… Played in all 17 games, making two starts… Scored 14 goals while registering four assists… Took 37 shots, including 23 on goal… Also scooped up eight groundballs… Had a hat trick on Apr. 21 at CSU Pueblo… Also had two other 2-goal games.

2023 (Sophomore): Played in all 18 games… Scored 11 goals while assisting on four others… Had a 6-point (4G, 2A) game on Apr. 14 at Adams State… Scored on all four of his shots in that game… Had 22 total shots throughout the season, 13 of which were on goal… Scooped up six groundballs… Had one caused turnover.

2022 (Freshman): Played in 17 of the team’s 18 games… Scored six goals while recording two assists and eight total points… Took 21 shots, including 12 on frame… Registered seven ground balls… Scored two goals in the RMAC Tournament Championship victory over Westminster… Took five shots, four of which were on goal in that game, his best offensive output of the season.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Atascocita High School, where he played for the Eagles… Coached by Taylor Brooks… Earned all-state honors in the midfield as a senior in 2021 after picking up all-district honors as a sophomore in 2019.
 
Personal: Majoring in computer information systems… Aspires to become a product manager for a major lacrosse company…. Son of Jason and Renell McCoy… Has two younger siblings— Kaden and Rhilynn.
 
Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because of the family environment created by the men’s lacrosse team as well as the beauty of the campus and off campus, where there are many extracurricular activities available.
