2025 (As a Junior): Earned USILA Honorable Mention All-South Region honors… Was also a First Team All-Peach Belt Rocky Mountain Division selection… Played in all 17 games… Scored 24 goals to finish third on the team… Also had 11 assists and 35 points… Was third on the team with 76 shots.. Put 42 on goal… Scored three man-up goals… Tallied 13 ground balls and eight caused turnovers… Scored in 15 different games, recording seven multiple-goal games… Had a streak of four straight from Mar. 20-Apr. 6, in which he scored nine goals in total… Had one of his two hat tricks during that stretch on Apr. 3 in a 22-5 win over Adams State… Also had two assists and a season-high five points against the Grizzlies… Added another hat trick in the Rocky Mountain Division Tournament semifinal win over Dominican (Apr. 24)… Was voted on to the RMAC All-Academic First Team.
2024 (As a Sophomore): Selected to the First Team All-RMAC squad… Played in all 17 games… Scored 17 goals while adding five assists to finish the campaign with 22 points… Took 42 shots, 30 of which were on goal… Had ten groundballs and three caused turnovers… Scored one man-up goal… Scored three goals for his first career hat trick on Mar. 19 at Florida Southern… Also had three points (2G, 1A) in a Mar. 24 win over Westminster… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2023 (As a Freshman): Played in 14 games… Scored three goals while tallying the same number of assists… Took 15 shots, placing six on net… Scooped up four ground balls… Had two of his six points (1G, 1A) in a 25-2 win over Lees-McRae on Feb. 23…. His goal was man-up.
Prep: 2022 graduate of Mountain Vista High School…. Coached by Matthew Plitnick… Led the Golden Eagles to a 5A state title in 2021 as junior… Was a 2x All-American and 2x CHSAA First Team All-State pick… Named as the Co-Colorado Player of the Year in 2021.
Personal: Is majoring in marketing and finance… Aspires to work in the outdoor industry… Son of Dennis and Sheri Pless… Has four brothers— Zach, Austin, Kyle and Ryan… Kyle plays professionally in the Professional Lacrosse League (PLL)… Enjoys fly fishing, camping and rafting
