Flynn Ernst joined the Maverick strength and conditioning staff in the fall of 2022 after being on the Maverick men’s lacrosse coaching staff in the spring of 2022. He was an intern for the Colorado Mesa strength and conditioning staff from June 2018 to May 2020.
He served as a strength and conditioning intern for the Syracuse Football Team during the summer of 2019 before being a Sport Performance Coach at ETS Performance. He also served as the state director for True Lacrosse Minnesota.
Ernst earned his BS in Exercise Science with a minor in psychology from Colorado Mesa in the spring of 2020. He later earned his Master of Education, Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota in the spring of 2022.
