Biography

2021: Played in two games and recorded one catch for 60 yards which came against Black Hills State on November 6.

2020: Played in all three of the Mavericks games during the COVID shortened season...Finished the season with four catches for 34 yards...Had a season-high three catches for 29 yards against Chadron State in the season opener on October 10.

2019: Played in all 11 games...Rushed 73 times and gained 367 yards during the season...Rushed for a season-high 121 yards on 17 carries in the season finale against New Mexico Highlands on November 16...Scored a pair of touchdowns in the road win over Adams State where he finished with 46 yards on six carries...Only game without a carry came against Colorado School of Mines on October 5.

2018: Played in four games and rushed 14 times for 59 yards...Had a season-high five carries for 40 yards against Dixie State.

2017: Redshirt

High School: Played for the Bruins of Cherry Creek High School and coach Dave Logan.

Personal: Majoring in Sport Management...Son of Melissa Smith...Chose CMU for the academic and athletic opportunities.
