As a Junior (2009): Played in all 11 games…Recorded 37 tackles, 6 of those were for a loss…Had 2.5 sacks and 2 pass break ups…Recorded 6 tackles in a game 3 times (Western New Mexico, Colorado Mines and Western State).

As a Sophomore (2008): Played in all 11 games…Recorded 54 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks…Intercepted 2 passes, returning them for 53 yards and a touchdown…Best game was against N.M Highlands (9/13/08) where he finished the game with 8 tackles and a pass break up.

As a Freshman (2007): Letterwinner…Played in all 12 games for the Mavs…Had 14 solo and 35 assisted tackles…Had five tackles for a loss of 10 yards…One sack for a loss of four yards…One interception for a return of 47 yards…Longest interception return for the Mavs…All-RMAC Honorable Mention.

At Legacy High School: Letterwinner infootball and track…Football All-State Honorable Mention…First team All-Conference…First Team All-Region…Defensive Player of the Year…Captain…Three-time Conference Champ…Honor Roll...Helped start the Jimmy Griffin Memorial Scholarship, the scholarship is awarded to one senior football player in memory of his best friend who passed away in high school.
