2023: NFF Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention...Played in three games...Finished the season with one tackle which came against FCS opponent University of San Diego...Also played against Texas A&M-Kingsville and South Dakota Mines.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Columbine High School...Coached by Andrew Lowry...Two-time All-Jeffco selection...Two-time Honorable Mention Academic All-State...Finished his senior season with 75 tackles, five interceptions, and four fumble recoveries.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Business...Son of Christy and Darin Wainwright...Has one sibling, Devin...Chose CMU for the location and the athletic and academic opportunities...Enjoys camping, snowmobiling, and going to the lake.
