2024 (Redshirt Senior): Was unable to play due to injury.

2023 (Redshirt Junior): Earned All-RMAC honors for the third consecutive years, picking up second team accolades… Also went on to be named as an honorable mention all-South region pick by the USILA… Was also named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll... Racked up impressive statistics on both ends of the field… Played in all 18 games, making 17 starts… Scored 25 goals while recording 33 assists… Was ranked second in the RMAC for assists and assists per game (1.83), which was also the 24th best per game average in the country… Was fourth in the RMAC for points per game (3.22) and third for total points (58)… His 33 assists were the second most in program history behind teammate AJ Switzer, who set the new CMU record with 36… The 58 points were tied for seventh most in CMU history… Recorded 57 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers… Was third on the team and fourth in the RMAC with his groundball total, which also was tenth best in program history… Had eight two-goal games… Tallied a career-high four assists on Apr. 30 against Adams State… Tallied three assists in five other games… Recorded multiple offensive points in all but one game… Finished with five (2G, 3A) in both the Feb. 18 win at Colorado College and on Apr. 28 against CSU Pueblo… Named as the RMAC Offensive Player of the Week on Feb. 22… Named to the RMAC All-Tournament Team after recording 4-point games in both tournament wins over Adams State and Westminster… Took 86 shots throughout the season, 56 of which were on goal… Scored two game-winning goals… Matched his career-high by recording groundballs on Mar. 18 against Florida Tech.

2022 (Redshirt Sophomore): Earned First Team All-RMAC honors as a short stick defensive midfielder for the second straight year… Also named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team and as the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week on both Mar. 21 and Apr. 25… Was third in the entire RMAC for ground balls (58), trailing only face-off specialist teammates Dylan Checketts and Jake Brummett… Recorded at least one in 17 of his and the Mavs’ 18 games… Also caused 12 turnovers… Scored nine goals and registered six assists and 15 total points offensively… Took 24 shots, 13 of which were on frame… Scored twice and assisted on another in the 22-6 win over CSU Pueblo on Apr. 9… Recorded a career-high nine ground balls in a Mar. 23 game at Florida Tech… Caused a season-high three turnovers at Palm Beach Atlantic (Mar. 16).

2021 (Redshirt Freshman): Selected to the First Team All-RMAC squad at the short stick defensive midfielder position… Played in ten games, making three starts… Scored six goals while assisting on seven others to finish with 13 offensive points… Was very efficient, scoring on half of his 12 total shots, 11 of which were on frame… Had the game-winning goal as part of a 2-goal appearance at Shorter (Mar. 12)… Finished the year with 28 ground balls, third most on the team… Had a season-high eight on Apr. 9 at Adams State… Also caused a season-high three of his team-high ten turnovers in that victory… Had been named as the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week on Apr. 5 after strong performances in road wins over Colorado College (Mar. 29) and Westminster (Apr. 2)… Had one goal and three assists in each of those games while racking up eight ground balls and three caused turnovers as well.

2020 (Freshman): Played in all seven games of the pandemic shortened season, making a start in what would ended up being the season finale against Rockhurst on Mar. 8… Scored two goals on six shots, tickling the twine against Embry-Riddle (Feb. 6) and Davenport (Mar. 5)… Tallied multiple ground balls in all seven games, finishing with 22 overall, which was the fourth largest total in the RMAC… Ranked sixth with his 3.14 per game average… Also had eight caused turnovers to tie for the team lead with Deandre Ross… Was also tied for second in the RMAC with that total… Had a season-high seven ground balls against Rockhurst.
 
Prep: 2019 graduated of Dakota Ride High School.

Personal: Is majoring in biology… Wants to attend PA school and become a physician’s assistant… Twin brother Jake is also on the Maverick squad… Son of Greg and Shea Eickelman.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because of its size and location. In large part, also, I chose CMU because when I visited the team and coaches made an effort to show that the lacrosse team is a tight knit family."
